To pay your account by using Western Union Quick Collect:

1. Locate the Western Union location nearest you by calling 1-800-325-6000, or locate your nearest Western Union agent here.
2. Once at the Western Union location, select the blue and white Western Union Quick Collect Form.
3. Complete the personal information. Make sure you use the name that your account is listed under and then enter the following information in the appropriate fields:
   • COMPANY NAME: Genesis Financial Solutions, Inc.
   • CITY CODE: Beaver
   • STATE CODE: OR
   • ACCOUNT # : Your social security number or your Customer Account Number
4. Once the form is completed, you must confirm your payment by either calling our Customer Care Center at 1-888-615-8762 or emailing us by clicking here with your Western Union Control Number.
